Ice. And tea.
Not so far from “Grattachecca”.
* About Japanese Sweet *
In Japan you could find every kind of sweet, including fat and creamy western one, such as Crepe with Cream or Italian Ice Cream, Strudel or Chocolate Cake.
As to Japanese traditional sweets, well, you the choise is wide but the ingredients are more or less always the same: rice as basic ingredient, azuki and maccha as flavours.
Azuki are sweet and red beans (Yeah…. beans).
Maccha is a quality of tea.
It takes a little to appreciate these tastes and, of course, to realize that beans could be tasty even in sweets.
